What are our method of making this product?
Instructions
- Preheat the steamer till you prepare the batter
- Take 2 measures (1 cup = 100 gms) of Grainfully Yours Nachni Dhokla Mix and add approx. 4 tsp oil. Add green chili & ginger paste as per taste.
- Take 1 1⁄2 measure water (of the same cup) and mix gently to eliminate any lumps. Adjust the water to get a batter consistency
- Immediately pour the batter into a greased plate, tap the plate to spread evenly Steam on high flame for 12-15 minutes or until done (insert a knife, il comes out clean, it's done). Cool it for 10 minutes and cut into pieces.
- For Tadka Heat 2 tbsp oil in a small vessel. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, sesame seeds and green chilli and allow it to splatter. Now add approx. 1/2 cup water and 2 tsp sugar (optional) and let it heat. Spread the tadika evenly over the dhokla
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and grated coconut and serve with green chutney.
