Return & Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions- Order Related 


1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.  
To request a cancellation, please email us promptly with your order ID. 


2. No Return Policy

Returns are accepted in case of damaged or incorrect items delivered, subject to valid proof such as an unboxing video shared within 24 hours of delivery.  We do not accept returns for reasons related to taste, personal preference, or change of mind. 


3. Replacement for Damaged Items  

We offer full replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over email or phone. 


4. Complaints and Grievances

In case if you have any product or post- delivery complaints/grievances, you must notify us within 7 days of having received the order.* 
Please share package opening video for us to take a suitable action. 
If your ordered products have arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or are different from what was ordered, request you to reach out to us* 


5. Replacement and Refund Window

Replacement orders and refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 7 days of receiving the order. Queries or concerns beyond 7 days from the order receipt date will not be entertained. 


6. Delivery Status

For any delivery related issue request you to please notify us within 7 days of having received your delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner. While we work with reputed logistics partners, we are not liable for third-party conduct during delivery. For any complaints, please write to us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

 
7. Refunds Processing

Refunds for cancelled or eligible return orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days. 
Refunds may not reflect immediately depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
