Shipping Policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
DELIVERY TIME
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. We do not ship our products on Sunday. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within a maximum of 5-7 business days from the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
SHIPPING COSTS
Domestic Orders: Shipping is free on all orders valued at ₹499 or more.
International Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
To view the exact cost, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout—shipping fees will be displayed before payment.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
GST is charged according to the rate applicable to the item being shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@grainfullyyours.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
We partner with third-party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product delivery to Users ("Logistic Partners"). Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the purchased Product(s) will be provided to the User upon the purchased Product(s) being handed over to the Logistic Partner. The User will also be provided with an approximate number of days for delivery of the purchased Product on the order confirmation page. “KHF” may also effectuate Product delivery to Users on its own without engaging Logistic Partners.
Prior to making payments on the Platforms for the purchase of Products, the
User will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping
address details, the User should ensure to provide correct, complete and
accurate information along with sufficient landmarks in order to aid identification
of the address. Any failure in delivering the purchased Products arising out of the
User’s failure to provide correct, complete and accurate information shall not
hold KHF liable at any point in time.
• A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver purchased Products to the User. Should the User continue to remain unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, KHF reserves the right to cancel the order pertaining to the purchased Products at its sole discretion.
• While KHF shall make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased
Products are delivered to its Users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of:
o logistical issues beyond KHF’s control;
o unsuitable weather conditions;
o political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.;
o acts of god such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
o other unforeseen circumstances.
In such events of delay, KHF shall make reasonable attempt at proactively
intimating the User by writing to the User on his/her registered email account
and/or mobile number. KHF disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of
its failure to intimate the User of anticipated delays in the delivery of purchased
Products on the Platforms. Further, KHF shall be under no obligation to
compensate the User for any mental agony or any tortious claim that may
otherwise arise on account of a delay in the shipment and delivery or use of the
purchased Products.
KHF takes utmost care to ensure that their delivery executives and the
individuals employed by their Logistic Partners are individuals with the highest
regard for ethics and integrity. However, it is not possible for KHF to ensure that
its own delivery executives or employees of its Logistic Partners behave in a
fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence and good
mannerism. It is expressly clarified that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness,
discourtesy or offensiveness shown by KHF’s delivery executives or by the
employees of the Logistic Partners is beyond KHF’s control and any issue arising
between a User and KHF’s delivery executive or an employee of the Logistic
Provider will have to be resolved by the User, independently.
Upon the successful placing of an order on the Platforms and after KHF has
successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the
User will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the User in
tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products. The User may use the
tracking identity number on the Platforms or the website and/or the mobile
application of the Logistic Partner to check the whereabouts of the purchased
Product and the estimated time of its delivery. KHF shall make reasonable
attempts in ensuring that the tracking status of the purchased Products is
updated in a timely manner. However, KHF does not guarantee the accuracy of
the tracking status since it is updated on a real-time basis and is subject to
inconsistencies arising out of time-lags in updating the information and other
technicalities beyond KHF’s control.
KHF reserves the right to charge shipping charges on Products of a value of lower
than a specified amount and/or Products, the payment for which is made by way
of cash on delivery or any other online mode of payment. If charged, such
charges shall not be refunded to the User on cancellations or returns that are
made after the shipping of the purchased Products, except in case of a Product
having a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted
by KHF after due verification at its sole discretion).
Title and risk of loss for all purchased Products shall pass onto the User upon the
delivery of the purchased Products to the User. Return and exchange of
purchased Products shall be carried out by KHF’s reverse-logistics partners or its
own delivery executives. Further details on how Users may process returns and

Terms and Conditions- Order Related
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
To request a cancellation, please email us promptly with your order ID.
2. No Return Policy
Returns are accepted in case of damaged or incorrect items delivered, subject to valid proof such as an unboxing video shared within 24 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns for reasons related to taste, personal preference, or change of mind.
3. Replacement for Damaged Items
We offer full replacement of products that might be damaged in transit. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over email or phone.
4. Complaints and Grievances
In case if you have any product or post- delivery complaints/grievances, you must notify us within 7 days of having received the order.*
Please share package opening video for us to take a suitable action.
If your ordered products have arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or are different from what was ordered, request you to reach out to us*
5. Replacement and Refund Window
Replacement orders and refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 7 days of receiving the order. Queries or concerns beyond 7 days from the order receipt date will not be entertained.
6. Delivery Status
For any delivery related issue request you to please notify us within 7 days of having received your delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner.
While we work with reputed logistics partners, we are not liable for third-party conduct during delivery. For any complaints, please write to us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Refunds Processing
Refunds for cancelled or eligible return orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5-10 working days.
Refunds may not reflect immediately depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

8. International Shipping
1. International orders typically reach customer within 7-10 days
2. Shipping charges are calculated by kilogram. The final shipping charge reflects on the shipping page.
3. Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge/Import Duty/VAT/ Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
4. These charges would have to be paid by the customer. The brand is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
5. The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value do not include the taxes mentioned above.
6. The shipping charges mentioned on the shipping page do not include the above-mentioned taxes/duties.
7. All international orders are final and no returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyer's responsibility to order the correct items/products.
