- Jowar (Sorgham millet)
- Oats
- Chickpea Flour
- Unrefined Raw Sugar
- Butterscotch Pieces
- Baking Soda
- Baking Power
- Vanilla Powder
- Salt
What are our method of making this product?
MIX. FLIP. EAT
- Mix 1 tbsp oil / melted butter + 1 banana + approx 1 cup milk to the premix. Make a smooth batter. Adjust milk if required.
Keep it aside for 10 mins. - Pour a ladle full of batter on a warm pan and cook covered on medium flame. Flip and cook until done on both sides.
- Serve with toppings of your choice like fresh fruits, maple syrup, chocolate syrup or honey.
- You can also make yummy waffles with the same batter in the waffle maker.
